Contest Rules

  1. To be eligible to win, your completed entry form must be received by The Lung Association no later than April 8, 2016.
  2. All entries received by midnight, Feb. 29, 2016 will be eligible for the early-bird prize draw taking place March 11, 2016 for Robert Bateman’s limited edition print "Barn Swallow & Horse Collar," with a framed value of $660.
  3. On April 22, 2016, the remaining 11 works of art listed will be randomly awarded. No substitutions will be allowed.
  4. The Lung Association will notify the winners and arrange the delivery of prizes. 
  5. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  6. To enter and be eligible to win, a person must be a Canadian resident who is at least 18 years old and who is not an employee or elected official of The Lung Association; or a member of the immediate family or household of an employee or elected official.
  7. This contest is subject to federal and provincial privacy laws. By participating in the contest, entrants are deemed to have provided their explicit and implicit consent to collect and use their personal information. Winners agree to the use of their names and province of residence in publicity announcements of The Lung Association.
